The history of the Salvo Cacciatori Restaurant began in 1905 and over more than a century it has become a point of reference for catering, reaching the prestigious goal of the Michelin Guide Star.

Celebrated visitors have included His Royal Highness the Prince Ranieri of Monaco and Grace Kelly, famous actors such as Gregory Peck and important figures such as the Fiat owner, Avv. G Agnelli.

Enrico, 30 years old, represents the 5th generation of the family, and over the last 12 years has continued the tradition of quality at the Cacciatori restaurant, the same quality carried over to the exclusive Villas Catering Service, sought after for its professional service.

Enrico's new challenge, after 100 year's history of the Cacciatori restaurant, is to bring the same features and professional service to the yachting world.

Thanks to his experience, he brings with him a continuously updated range of high quality products and a line of traditional gourmet food.

Luigi's family has been involved in the shipping world for 200 years. First as captains and owners of sailing vessels trading in the Mediterranean and from the end of the nineteenth century, as shipping and forwarding agents.

Since then they have been providing commercial vessels and yachts with a wide range of services, including the fabulous M / y NABILA of the eighties which changed its name to TRUMP when it was appointed to the family's agency.

He graduated in Economy, with a specialisation in Logistics and Transport, from Genoa University. Then followed a fantastic experience in sailing regattas as a professional yachtsman, including Viceworld Champion at the Starworlds 2008, Starclass European champion 2006 and fifth in 2007 and representing ITALY for sailing at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

He then decided to continue the family tradition in the Viale Shipping Agency and in parallel, has decided to provide, together with Enrico Calvi, a new service of fine food and beverage for yachts with the new company, Yacht Provision.
